Overview

QUAD-X is a precision-formulated 80mg peptide blend combining four synergistic compounds — Pentadeca Arginate (PDA), TB-4 (Thymosin Beta-4), KPV, and Cartalax — each dosed at 20mg. This stack is designed as a regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and tissue-repair protocol with emphasis on gut and immune regulation, soft-tissue and joint repair, cartilage and connective tissue support, and systemic inflammation reduction. It is commonly used for injury recovery, chronic inflammation, joint degeneration, autoimmune stress, and post-surgical healing. Pentadeca Arginate (PDA) is a more stable analogue of BPC-157 that is more effective in injectable form. Its primary roles include potent gut mucosal healing, anti-ulcer and anti-inflammatory action, intestinal barrier integrity support, skin rejuvenation, wound healing, neurological support, and accelerated tissue repair. TB-4 (Thymosin Beta-4) is the full naturally occurring protein, which has a wider range of healing effects than TB-500 since TB-500 is just a fragment of TB-4. TB-4 accelerates tissue repair and regeneration, enhances cell migration and angiogenesis, reduces fibrosis and scar tissue, and delivers strong anti-inflammatory effects. KPV is a powerful anti-inflammatory tripeptide with tissue healing properties. It provides immune modulation, reduces cytokine-driven inflammation, calms autoimmune overactivity, is especially effective in the gut, accelerates wound and skin healing, and reduces scarring. Cartalax is a bioregulator that heals and improves joint resilience. It stimulates cartilage regeneration, supports chondrocyte activity, slows cartilage degeneration, improves joint lubrication and resilience, and reduces inflammation.

Key Benefits

Gut and immune regulation
Soft tissue and joint repair
Systemic inflammation reduction
Cartilage and connective tissue support
Post-workout recovery and post-surgical healing
Accelerated wound and skin healing
Reduces fibrosis and scar tissue formation
Neurological support (via PDA)
Calms autoimmune overactivity (via KPV)
Stimulates cartilage regeneration (via Cartalax)

Mechanism of Action

QUAD-X acts through four complementary mechanisms simultaneously. PDA promotes gut mucosal healing and tissue repair via growth factor receptor upregulation and nitric oxide signaling. TB-4 accelerates tissue regeneration through actin polymerization, cell migration, and angiogenesis promotion. KPV reduces cytokine-driven inflammation and modulates immune overactivity through melanocortin receptor pathways. Cartalax supports cartilage regeneration and chondrocyte activity through bioregulatory peptide signaling. Together, these four compounds address tissue repair, inflammation, immune regulation, and joint health from distinct biological angles, producing broader coverage than any single peptide could achieve alone.

Dosing Protocol

Typical Dose

2mg (2,000mcg) once daily (Weeks 1–4)

Dose Range

2mg–4mg per day

Frequency

Once daily; every other day for maintenance

Route

Subcutaneous injection (abdomen or near injury site)

Cycle Length

8+ weeks with maintenance phase

CLINICAL NOTES

Titration schedule: Weeks 1–4: 2mg (2,000mcg) once daily. Weeks 5–8: increase to 4mg (4,000mcg) daily if additional benefit is needed. Maintenance (beyond Week 8): 2.5mg (2,500mcg) every other day as needed for continued healing support.

Reconstitution Guide

Vial Size

80 mg (PDA 20mg / TB-4 20mg / KPV 20mg / Cartalax 20mg)

BAC Water

5 mL (500 units)

Concentration

16 mg/mL

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe the caps of both the bacteriostatic water (BAC water) vial and the QUAD-X vial with alcohol prep pads. Draw 5 mL (500 units) of bacteriostatic water into a syringe and inject it slowly down the side of the QUAD-X vial. Gently swirl to mix — do not shake. The resulting solution is 16 mg/mL. Each compound (PDA, TB-4, KPV, Cartalax) is present at 4 mg/mL.
