Examorelin · EP-23905
A potent GHRP with strong GH release and cardioprotective properties
Typical Dose
100–200 mcg per dose
Route
Subcutaneous
Frequency
2–3 times daily on an empty stomach
Cycle
8–12 weeks, then 4-week break to prevent desensitization
Hexarelin is one of the most powerful growth hormone-releasing peptides ever created. If Ipamorelin is a precision tool, Hexarelin is a sledgehammer — it produces a very strong GH pulse. What makes it uniquely interesting is that it also has direct protective effects on heart tissue, independent of its GH-releasing action. This has made it a subject of research for heart failure and cardiac recovery. For bodybuilding and performance, it is used when maximum GH release is the priority, though it requires careful cycling to avoid the receptors becoming less responsive over time.
Hexarelin works through two separate pathways. First, it mimics ghrelin and binds to the GHS-R1a receptor in the pituitary gland, triggering a strong GH pulse. Second, it binds to a completely different receptor (CD36) in heart tissue, which protects cardiac cells from damage and improves heart function. These two mechanisms are independent of each other, which is why Hexarelin is interesting both for performance and for cardiac health research. Unlike GHRP-6, it does not significantly increase appetite or prolactin.
Typical Dose
100–200 mcg per dose
Dose Range
100–300 mcg per dose
Frequency
2–3 times daily on an empty stomach
Route
Subcutaneous injection
Cycle Length
8–12 weeks, then 4-week break to prevent desensitization
CLINICAL NOTES
Hexarelin desensitizes GH receptors faster than other GHRPs, so cycling is important. Combine with a GHRH like CJC-1295 for synergistic GH release. Avoid food for 30–60 minutes before and after injection.

Hexarelin is a potent GHRP. It pairs with GHRH peptides for maximum GH release.
CJC-1295 + Hexarelin produces strong GH pulses — popular for muscle building protocols.
Ipamorelin is a milder GHRP — some users alternate with Hexarelin to manage desensitization.
BPC-157 supports recovery and joint health alongside Hexarelin's GH-driven muscle building.
