CLINICAL NOTES
Titration schedule: Weeks 1–4: inject 1 mg (1,000 mcg) once daily. Weeks 5–8: increase to 2 mg (2,000 mcg) daily if additional benefit is needed. Maintenance (beyond Week 8): inject 1–2 mg every other day as needed for continued healing support. Inject near the injury site for best localized effect.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Pop off the caps on the bacteriostatic water and the peptide vial, then wipe with alcohol prep pads. Draw 4 mL (400 units) of bacteriostatic water and inject it into the vial containing the combined 20 mg BPC-157 + 20 mg TB-500 powder. The solution is now 5 mg/mL of each compound.

STORAGE
