PDA · BPC-157 Arginate · Arginine-enhanced BPC-157
An arginine-enhanced BPC-157 analog studied for enhanced bioavailability and tissue repair
Typical Dose
500 mcg once daily
Route
Subcutaneous
Frequency
Once or twice daily
Cycle
4-12 weeks
Pentadeca Arginate (PDA) is a synthetic peptide representing an arginine-enhanced version of BPC-157. It contains the same core pentadecapeptide sequence as BPC-157 but with arginine modifications proposed to enhance stability, bioavailability, and receptor binding. Early data suggests it may offer improved efficacy compared to standard BPC-157 for tissue repair, gut healing, and musculoskeletal recovery.
Like BPC-157, PDA acts through multiple pathways including upregulation of growth factors (VEGF, EGF), promotion of angiogenesis, and modulation of the nitric oxide system. The arginine modification is proposed to enhance NO (nitric oxide) production, which may amplify its vasodilatory and healing effects.
Typical Dose
500 mcg once daily
Dose Range
250-1000 mcg/day
Frequency
Once or twice daily
Route
Subcutaneous injection near injury site
Cycle Length
4-12 weeks
CLINICAL NOTES
Similar dosing to BPC-157. Inject near the injury site for localized healing effects. Can be combined with TB-500 for comprehensive healing.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
This information is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any peptide protocol. Individual responses vary and medical supervision is recommended.
PDA is increasingly used as a BPC-157 alternative or complement, especially for gut and systemic inflammation.
Together they cover both the classic BPC-157 healing pathway and PDA's enhanced nitric oxide signaling.
Pairs well for comprehensive injury recovery — PDA handles inflammation while TB-500 drives systemic repair.
GHK-Cu adds skin and collagen benefits on top of PDA's anti-inflammatory profile.
