KP-10 · Metastin 45-54
A hypothalamic peptide that regulates reproductive hormones and sexual motivation
Typical Dose
1–3 mcg/kg body weight per dose
Route
Subcutaneous
Frequency
Pulsatile dosing — every 90 minutes (mimics natural rhythm) or 1–2 times daily
Cycle
Varies by indication — typically 4–8 weeks

Kisspeptin-10 is the shortest active fragment of kisspeptin, a neuropeptide encoded by the KISS1 gene. It plays a critical role in regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, which controls the production of LH, FSH, testosterone, and estrogen. It is being studied for fertility treatment, hypogonadism, and sexual function.
Kisspeptin-10 binds to the KISS1R receptor (GPR54) on GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, triggering a pulsatile release of GnRH. This stimulates the pituitary to release LH and FSH, which in turn stimulate the gonads to produce testosterone (in men) and estrogen/progesterone (in women). This makes it a master regulator of the entire reproductive hormone cascade.
Typical Dose
1–3 mcg/kg body weight per dose
Dose Range
0.5–10 mcg/kg per dose
Frequency
Pulsatile dosing — every 90 minutes (mimics natural rhythm) or 1–2 times daily
Route
Subcutaneous injection or intravenous (clinical)
Cycle Length
Varies by indication — typically 4–8 weeks
CLINICAL NOTES
Pulsatile administration is critical — continuous infusion leads to receptor desensitization and paradoxical suppression of LH. For most users, 1–2 daily injections are practical. Research protocols often use 1 mcg/kg doses.

This information is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any peptide protocol. Individual responses vary and medical supervision is recommended.
Kisspeptin-10 supports the HPG axis and hormonal health. It pairs well with other hormone-supporting peptides.
Kisspeptin-10 supports LH/FSH and libido through a different pathway than PT-141 — complementary sexual health stack.
Both support aspects of reproductive health and social bonding.
Sermorelin's GH support complements Kisspeptin-10's HPG axis support for overall hormonal optimization.
